A workshop taking shape
Partner app conversation: the venue suggests a needle-felting workshop, and Olly asks about timing, price, and group requirements.

How it works

Olly coordinates.
You stay in the loop.

Tell Olly how you like to host. He’ll know when to check in and when you’re happy to welcome walk-ins.

  1. 01

    Tell Olly what’s possible.

Your space, activities, availability, group sizes, and requirements give Olly a starting point.

  2. 02

    Discuss ideas when needed.

If you’d like to talk an idea through first, Olly checks with you before offering it to members.

  3. 03

    Reserve when needed.

If you require a reservation, Olly requests it once enough people are interested. Walk-ins can go ahead without a separate confirmation.

  4. 04

    Welcome the group.

See the gathering in your partner app. Olly handles invitations and introductions; you welcome people your way.

Olly requests a workshop reservation after enough members express interest, restating the time, group size, duration, and price.
Enough interest. Your confirmation comes next.

When a reservation is needed

People are interested.
Now, does it work for you?

For gatherings that need a reservation, Olly comes back with the details once enough people want to join. Your confirmation is what moves the plan forward.

  • The activity, time, and group requirements are clear.
  • You can reply in plain language.
  • The agreed gathering appears in your partner app.

A few practical details

Your place.
Your preferences.

Activities, capacity, timing, and pricing all shape what you can host.

What kinds of places can take part?

Cafés, restaurants, studios, makerspaces, bookstores, and other places where a small group can enjoy something together. A place to talk is enough; a workshop or activity can work too.

Do I have to design a new event?

No. Start with what you already offer. Tell us what is possible at your place, including anything that needs advance preparation. Olly can discuss a specific idea with you before it is proposed to members.

How large are the groups?

Ollyeo usually aims for four to eight people. The actual plan follows the capacity and minimum requirements agreed for your venue or activity.

Who sets the price and terms?

You set the terms for your offering. Ticketing, payment arrangements, and any Ollyeo fee depend on the partnership and are agreed before you commit. We’ll discuss the options available during onboarding.

Where are you starting?

Our initial focus is Stamford, Norwalk, and nearby Connecticut communities. Let us know where you are, even if you are outside the initial area.
