OLLYEO COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Effective Date: 17 Jul 2026 Last Updated: 31 Jul 2026
Ollyeo exists to help people build real-world connection and encourages respectful conduct. These Community Guidelines state the conduct we permit and prohibit across the Ollyeo app, website, AI features, messages, profiles, events, and related interactions (collectively, the “Service”).
These Guidelines form part of our Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy separately describes how we process personal information.
1) CORE RULES
1.1 Treat People With Respect
Do not harass, demean, intimidate, exploit, manipulate, or threaten another person. Respect consent and boundaries immediately.
1.2 Act Safely
Ollyeo is not a security, supervision, transportation, emergency, medical, or crisis service. Use your own judgment and take appropriate precautions before, during, and after an event.
1.3 Be Honest
Do not impersonate anyone, conceal a material affiliation or commercial purpose, make a false statement, create a deceptive record, or misrepresent your identity, role, authority, intentions, event, or organization.
1.4 Follow the Law
Do not use the Service to plan, promote, facilitate, or commit unlawful conduct. You are responsible for the laws and third-party rules that apply to you and your events.
2) EVENTS, PARTNERS, AND HOSTING
Ollyeo may propose and coordinate gatherings, and users may create or manage events. In either case, Ollyeo does not provide on-site supervision, security, chaperoning, or control over real-world conduct.
The user who creates or manages an event (the “Event Host”) is responsible for the event listing and for reasonable event administration. A business or organization associated with an event (a “Partner”) may be responsible for tickets, event documents, or other parts of the event. The Event Host, Partner, ticket seller, and physical venue may be different people or entities.
2.1 Events Must Support Genuine Group Connection
Events should offer a shared group experience, such as conversation, games, learning, exploration, volunteering, or community building. The Service may not be used primarily for one-to-one services, advertising, recruiting, lead generation, sales pitches, or commercial solicitation unless Ollyeo expressly permits it.
2.2 Event Host Responsibilities
If you create or manage an event, you must:
- provide accurate time, location, activity, price, capacity, and contact information;
- arrange an appropriate adult point of contact for the event and accurately describe who will be present to host it;
- communicate material changes promptly;
- coordinate with the location and follow lawful staff instructions;
- disclose material eligibility, accessibility, health, physical-activity, safety, or equipment considerations that you know;
- comply with applicable licensing, permitting, insurance, tax, consumer-protection, accessibility, alcohol, privacy, and safety requirements; and
- avoid describing Ollyeo as the event operator, supervisor, security provider, document author, or guarantor.
Ollyeo may remove or restrict events or event-creation access where permitted by the Terms of Service. No review, publication, or continued availability of an event means that Ollyeo has inspected, approved, or guaranteed it.
2.3 Accurate Listings, Prices, and Affiliations
An event listing must clearly and accurately disclose material information, including:
- what the event involves and who it is for;
- the identity and role of any Event Host, Partner, ticket seller, sponsor, or business affiliation;
- ticket prices, platform-disclosed fees, deposits, minimum spends, required purchases, and the applicable refund policy;
- material participation rules or eligibility limits; and
- known conditions that may affect safety, accessibility, or an attendee’s decision to participate.
Hidden commercial purposes, misleading “free” claims, undisclosed required purchases, false scarcity, and bait-and-switch listings are prohibited.
2.4 Partner Event Documents
Terms, waivers, releases, and similar documents identified with a Partner or other event-related third party are “Partner Event Documents.” Do not select, distribute, administer, or rely on one unless you are authorized to do so. Do not alter a document or record, submit a false acceptance or signature, act for another person without authority, or state that Ollyeo drafted, reviewed, approved, certified, or guaranteed a third-party document.
Ollyeo may record information and system associations submitted through the Service, but it does not verify identity, age, relationship, authority, legal sufficiency, compliance, or attendance eligibility. Do not describe a person as legally cleared, compliant, or safe based on a document or system record. Partners and Event Hosts remain responsible for communicating and administering their own lawful requirements.
2.5 Minors as Guests
Ollyeo accounts, member-facing features, and event-document submission are limited to adults 18 and older. An event may permit a minor to attend as an adult’s guest if the Event Host and applicable Partner allow it and the attendance is lawful. The responsible adult must provide required supervision, authority, notices, and consents. A guest entry or event-document record does not establish the adult’s authority or the minor’s eligibility.
Events must not target minors for Ollyeo account use or place minors in adult-oriented, sexual, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate settings. Event Hosts must accurately disclose age limits and must not use a minor’s information for an unrelated purpose.
2.6 Businesses and Promotions
Businesses may participate when the event offers a genuine community experience and all commercial relationships are disclosed. Events that primarily advertise daily offers, capture leads, recruit customers or workers, or sell one-to-one services require Ollyeo’s express permission.
2.7 Prohibited Events and Communities
Do not create, promote, or participate in events or communities that facilitate:
- violence, credible threats, dangerous criminal conduct, or unlawful weapons or drugs;
- hate, harassment, terrorism, violent extremism, or recruitment for those activities;
- trafficking, prostitution, sexual exploitation, coercive sexual tactics, or non-consensual conduct;
- child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, or endangerment;
- deceptive schemes, financial guarantees, dangerous misinformation, or unlawful professional services; or
- any other conduct prohibited by the Terms of Service or these Guidelines.
3) MEETUP SAFETY
Ollyeo does not supervise events, inspect locations, run background checks, verify identities, or guarantee anyone’s safety or conduct. Consider meeting in a public place, telling someone where you will be, arranging your own transportation, protecting your drink and belongings, limiting intoxicants, and leaving if you feel unsafe.
If there is an immediate danger or emergency, call 911 in the United States or the applicable local emergency number. If you or another person is experiencing a suicide or mental-health crisis in the United States, call or text 988. Do not rely on Ollyeo, an in-app report, or Olly AI for emergency response.
4) PROHIBITED CONDUCT
The following conduct is prohibited on the Service and in connection with Ollyeo events:
4.1 Violence, Threats, and Coercion
Threats, intimidation, extortion, blackmail, violence, encouraging self-harm, or conduct that creates a credible risk of harm.
4.2 Harassment, Stalking, and Abuse
Repeated unwanted contact, stalking, bullying, humiliation, doxxing, sexual harassment, pressure, or attempts to control another person.
4.3 Hate and Dehumanizing Conduct
Hate speech, slurs, dehumanizing content, discrimination, or advocacy of harm based on a protected characteristic.
4.4 Sexual Exploitation and Non-Consensual Conduct
Sexual coercion or assault; sharing intimate material without consent; trafficking; escort or prostitution solicitation; or content that glorifies sexual violence.
4.5 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Child sexual abuse material; sexualization or exploitation of a minor; grooming; sextortion; trafficking; arranging sexual contact with a minor; or any other conduct that endangers a minor. We may preserve and report relevant information as permitted or required by law.
4.6 Fraud, Impersonation, and False Records
Scams, fake emergencies, phishing, identity theft, deceptive fundraising, false affiliations, requests for financial credentials, or falsifying an account, order, acceptance, signature, waiver, authority claim, report, or other record.
4.7 Illegal Goods, Services, and Financial Activity
Unlawful drugs, weapons, gambling, money laundering, trafficking, criminal facilitation, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or other unlawful transactions.
4.8 Spam, Automation, and Unauthorized Commercial Use
Spam, unsolicited promotions, mass messaging, bots, scraping, harvesting, lead generation, or automated access not expressly authorized by Ollyeo.
4.9 Privacy and Confidentiality Violations
Sharing, collecting, submitting, or using another person’s personal information without required authority, notice, or consent; doxxing; stalking through photos or location information; recording another person without consent required by law; or sharing a restricted event or document link with an unintended recipient.
4.10 Platform and Security Abuse
Malware, hacking, credential sharing, exploiting a vulnerability, evading a restriction or ban, manipulating transactions or evidence, interfering with the Service, or attempting unauthorized access to an account, event, record, or system.
5) CONTENT AND AI USE
Profiles, photos, messages, event listings, documents, links, and other content must be lawful, accurate where they state facts, and content you have the right to provide. Do not post nudity, sexually explicit content, graphic violence, hateful or harassing material, malware, unlawful content, another person’s personal information without authority, or copyrighted material you lack the right to use.
Do not use Olly AI to generate abuse, impersonate someone, obtain or expose another person’s information, manipulate or harass people, evade these Guidelines, or facilitate unlawful conduct. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate; independently check information before relying on it.
6) CONDUCT AT EVENTS AND LOCATIONS
- Respect “no” immediately and do not pressure anyone for contact information, intimacy, alcohol, money, or continued interaction.
- Do not attend while impaired in a way that creates risk, provide alcohol unlawfully, isolate a participant, or move a group to a private place through pressure or deception.
- Follow lawful location rules and staff instructions. Do not bring weapons where prohibited or create a credible safety risk.
- Remain responsible for your own transportation, property, consumption, conduct, guests, and legal compliance.
7) REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT
Use available in-app reporting tools or https://www.ollyeo.com/contact to report conduct or content. Suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation may also be reported to safety+csae@ollyeo.com. Reports are not monitored continuously and are not emergency services.
We may review reports and relevant account, message, event, transaction, or other information. We may, but are not obligated to, request more information, notify a reported person, mediate, preserve evidence, or disclose the result. We do not guarantee a response, investigation, timing, confidentiality, particular outcome, or action on every report.
Where permitted by law, Ollyeo may take any action it considers appropriate, including no action, a warning, content or event removal, feature restriction, payment restriction, account suspension or termination, record preservation, or a report to authorities. We may act without prior notice. Enforcement in one matter does not obligate us to act the same way in another.
You may contact support to request reconsideration of an enforcement decision. Ollyeo may decide whether review is available and does not promise an appeal, hearing, response, or changed outcome except where applicable law requires one.
8) RECORDS ARE NOT VERIFICATION OR SAFETY GUARANTEES
An acceptance, signature, ticket, roster, document, or other status describes only the limited information or action recorded by the Service. It is not a criminal background check or a guarantee of identity, age, authority, intent, legal compliance, event quality, or safety.
9) CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES
We may update these Guidelines by posting a revised version and changing the “Last Updated” date. We will provide any additional notice or obtain assent where required by applicable law.
